BillQuick user has only a few customized reports and invoices in use and finds it frustrating to have to go through an entire list just to get what is needed.
There is a solution to this problem.
- Open My Computer and browse to the location of your reports/invoices. This is typically C:Program Files\BillQuick20xx\.
- Open the reports/invoice folder. Right-click to create a new folder.
- Name the folder (i.e., My Custom Reports or My Custom Invoices). You can now copy and paste the templates that you commonly use into these folders.
- When you open BillQuick, go to the Report Center. Your new report folder should be there with your copied templates.
