Time and expense entries are not visible in the Billing Review screen of BillQuick.
This can happen due to two reasons:
1. Someone else is in Billing Review accessing the same entries and so they are locked for billing. This prevents you from doing double billing.
2. Someone was in Billing Review and he/she was disconnected from the database, preventing the entries from unlocking. So they remain locked inside the database.
First, make sure no one is in BillQuick. You can do so by checking the Current BillQuick Users under the View menu. Then, go to Utilities menu > Optimize > Optimize Other Tables. Run this utility to unlock the entries. They should appear in the Billing Review again.
