User wants to know where the linked files or attachments are stored in BillQuick Online.
The Link Files or Attachments feature in BillQuick Online is available in the Client, Project, Vendor, Employee, Time Entry, Expense Entry, Vendor Bills and other screens. The purpose is to attach a file to a specific record in BillQuick. E.g., you may want to attach an employee’s contract agreement to its record or profile. Similarly you may want to attach a payment schedule of signed contract to the client or project record. The most common use is attaching receipts to expense records and backup documents to invoices.
The linked documents or attachments are actually stored on the BQE servers hosted by our partner Rackspace. There is no limit to the number of documents you can attach. Who can access these attached documents can be set in the Security screen.
