You can open and view emails in BillQuick using the Document Management feature. Besides that, you can also access your emails using the file linking feature (called Link Files in older BillQuick versions, Attachments in BillQuick 2012 and above). To do so:
1. Drag your email to the desktop or other location.
2. Attach this email to the relevant Client or Project record in BillQuick using the Add button on the Link Files (Attachments) screen.
3. Retrive or view this email using the same Link Files screen or the main Linked Documents (or Manage Attachments) screen.
4. You must click on the attachment link. The email will open in Microsoft Outlook.
