Web Suite does not display login on the Internet Explorer 11 browser.
If Web Suite does not display correctly on a Windows 8/Windows 8.1/Windows Server 2012 machine, most likely a new version of IE has been installed and the website must be viewed in Compatibility View.
Below are the steps to add Web Suite's site to IE 11 Compatibility View:
1. From the browser settings or Tools menu, select 'Compatibility View settings' option.
2. Add the Web Suite website to Compatibility View by entering your IP address and clicking Add.
3. Make sure to check the 'Display intranet sites. . .' option is checked. This should resolve the issue.
