If you want to create a desktop shortcut to a website or web application such as Web Suite, BillQuick Online or ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice, the procedure differs by the browser. Here are examples for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome.
On your application's Login screen, right-click and select Create Shortcuts. Click Yes to confirm.
Click on Settings at the top-right and select Tools>Application Shortcuts. Choose the Desktop option and click Create.
Create a new shortcut of Firefox on your desktop. Right-click on it and edit the Target field by adding the URL/web address of your application immediately after Firefox.exe.
