When trying to enter time in ArchiOffice (or EngineerOffice), user cannot find all the job codes in the drop-down against a phase.
This can happen if the job code is not set to active for the phase. To resolve this, follow these steps:
- Go to Projects > Details > Phases/Codes tab of the project that has the job codes missing. You will find a list of job codes against each phase of the project and the ones that have a check-mark indicate they are active.
- Identify the job codes for each phase that do not have the check-mark. These are the ones missing from the drop-downs when entering time.
- Check the job codes that you want to set as active for each phase and save the changes.
The job codes should now be visible when entering time.
