User is trying to run the Web Suite application but gets the following error:
This can happen if Web Suite AppPool components are disabled in IIS Manager. To resolve this, you need to start those components again. Follow these steps:
- Open IIS Manager and click Application Pools.
- Identify the ones that are in Stopped state.
- Start those components back up by selecting them and clicking Start on the right panel or by right-clicking them and selecting Start.
You should now be able to access the Web Suite application.
