When a user browses to the default page of ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice, it displays a server error ‘…load file or assembly’ in the application.
This error occurs during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request.
You can correct this problem by taking the following steps:
1. On the server or workstation running IIS, uninstall ArchiOffice.
2. Reinstall ArchiOffice, this time making sure not to cancel the installation of Crystal Decisions that runs automatically after ArchiOffice has been installed. Ensure that Crystal Decisions is properly installed without any fatal errors.
