When trying to access the Client or any other screen in BillQuick, users are getting the following message:
Error Source: BillQuick20xx
Error Message: Could not load file or assembly
You must re-install the Microsoft Visual Basic Power Pack. Follow the steps below:
1. Close BillQuick on the computer that received the error message.
2. Locate the VisualBasicPowerPacks Setup installer file (VisualBasicPowerPacksSetup.exe) in the BillQuick installation folder.
3. Go to: C:\Program Files\BillQuick20xx\ VisualBasicPowerPacksSetup.exe or go to: C:\Program Files(x86)\BillQuick20xx\VisualBasicPowerPacksSetup.exe (for a 64-bit computer).
4. Run the installer file as an administrator.
When you have finished, open BillQuick again and proceed.
