User, trying to run reports or invoices in ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice, gets an error message:
Load report failed.
This error is happening because of a permissions issue on the server.
You must set the proper permissions for the following folders on the server:
C:\Program Files (x86)\BQE Software
The following groups and users need full control of those folders:
- NETWORK SERIVCE
- User to which the IIS AppPool: AO20xxAppPool Identity is set
To determine which user the IIS AppPool Identity is set to, follow these steps:
1. Open the IIS Manager by going to the Start menu search box and typing INETMGR.
2. Expand the tree list on the left and select Application Pools.
3. You will see the Identity column for the AO20xxAppPool. That user must also have Full Control permissions for the above mentioned folders.
