Users want to know the total amount written off per client when using the “write-off” payment method in the BillQuick Payment screen. Payment reports do not summarize these amounts.
Use the parameter-based Transactions Summary report with special filters to get the desired information. Follow the steps below to do so:
1. Go to Report Center.
2. From the Report List, click the Accounts Receivable category and select Transactions Summary report.
3. Filter by Payment Method and select Write-Off from the Select Items drop-down list.
4. Click Preview and custom order. Enter the desired parameters.
5. On the report, look for the Credit Write-Off column.
