The Communication Types icons are gone from the Contacts screen in ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 20xx. User is unable to sync that data with Microsoft Outlook.
If data sync stops after you update to ArchiOffice 20xx, follow these steps to resolve your problem:
1. In ArchiOffice, go to Preferences>Contact>Defaults and select Communication Types from the dropdown.
2. It displays a list of all types of communications that you have set for your Contacts.
3. When the icons are missing, you need to reset them by selecting the icon (grey dot) next to the checkbox. This will open a menu of icons to assign to the Communication Types.
4. After all are selected, click Save.
