Upon opening the BillQuick-QuickBooks Integration Settings screen or trying to sync any data with QuickBooks, you may get the following message:
This happens when your BillQuick and QuickBooks applications are not connected properly for data integration.
You must ensure the following steps have been taken prior to the data sync.
BillQuick Security Permissions
Before you synchronize BillQuick data with QuickBooks, you must have the appropriate security permissions to perform that task. The BillQuick Supervisor in your company assigns integration (and other) security rights to users on the Security screen (Settings menu).
QuickBooks Access Rights
Open QuickBooks and log in with administrative privileges. The QuickBooks administrator must grant permission for an automatic login through the Edit menu > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Preferences. If such permissions are already granted, the administrator must revoke those permissions, save the preferences and then grant them again.
Auto login permissions must be granted to the user.
