ArchiOffice and EngineerOffice provide several document templates and also allow you to create custom templates. It is best to create a new document using one of the existing templates and then customize it to suit your needs. You can choose a document that contains the type of information you will need for your own custom template.
The document templates contain merge fields enclosed by caret symbols (e.g., <>), which you can use to substitute your own information. You can also insert additional fields into your custom document template using the New Merge Fields document. This useful document is available in the default templates folder (default path: C:\ArchiOfficeData\201x\Templates201x) or can be downloaded from our Support Downloads web page:
