User cannot select select a default category in the BillQuick Outlook Addin Settings menu in their BillQuick toolbar in Outlook.
This error usually occurs because the Redemption.dll in the BillQuick Outlook Add-in installation folder is not registered. Registering (or reinstalling) this dll resolves the issue. To do so, close your MS Outlook program and then click the main Start menu. The navigate to the installation folder of the Outlook AddIn and run the utililty Install.exe.
You can install the Redemption COM libraries which add functionality to Outlook that the BillQuick Outlook AddIn can use. You may have to perform an uninstall prior to running install to make sure all libraries are properly registered.
