User wants to know how to change the email notification intervals in BillQuick Agent.
There are two settings that you need to configure in BillQuick Agent using Tools > Global Settings regarding the time and expense notifications to your end users. These settings are found under the Time Monitor Settings or Expense Monitor Settings. They are:
- Send past due notifications via email
- Maximum past due notification emails per day
Make your changes using these settings and after you have finished, BillQuick Agent will automatically save these settings. Hence, there is no need to click on the Save button.
