How do I map Web Suite to the same folder location of attachments as BillQuick?
If the default location for attachments is set differently in each application, BillQuick and Web Suite users will not be able to access the attachments created by others. To match the location of Web Suite attachments to the BillQuick ones, follow these steps:
1. First, verify the default location of attachments in BillQuick on the Global Settings>Folders screen.
2. Access the default location of attachments in Web Suite by logging into Admin Options from the login page. This must be performed by someone with the appropriate permissions to change the web application settings.
3. Map to the same attachments folder path as set in BillQuick and click Open.
4. Finally, you must give appropriate permissions to Web Suite users to write to this folder. Give Full Control permissions to IUSER, IIS_USERS and NETWORK SERVICE for this folder that stores the attachments.
